One of my biggest accomplishemnts working with soccer was to develop this program.

I have studied, designed, created and then coordinated this program(including the logo and the name) and it was so successfull.

 

The name of the program means "the hands of the parents on the hands of the child", which means that the parents would be present on the field with their child and help them to learn and have a great introduction to the beautiful game of soccer.

 

The objective of the program is to provide young players and their parents with a “pressure free” introduction to the beautiful and fun game of soccer. 

 

At this age players should be exposed to the game of soccer by playing simple, they should be exposed to fun activities and games that require little or no practice, and a minimal time commitment.

 

It is important to know that there are significant social, emotional and physiological differences between U-5 and U-6 players.

 

Success in this program is related to the attempt not the outcome. As parents and coaches we must get excited about the attempt, not the outcome (if the attempt is genuine the outcomes will continually get better). This might be difficult, because we, as parents and coaches, are conditioned to see the end results but this program will emphasize technique rather than speed.

 

PHYLOSOPHY:

The philosophy of the program is primarily to develp the kids as human beings and helps them to be ready for life. The program starts with the development of SELF which includes the following topics: develop listening skills, balance, coordination, rational thinking, develop personality, cooperation, controls over muscles (own body), develop social skills, participation, learn time and space management, confidence, builds character, and etc.

Then, they will be able to use the self development skills on a family environment, on a sports team, at school, at their community and finally in LIFE.

 

 

 

 

 

Una delle mie più grandi conquiste nel calcio è stato sviluppare questo programma. Ho personalmente studiato, disegnato, creato e coordinato il programma (incluso il logo e il name) ed è stato un grandissimo successo.

Il nome del programma significa “le mani dei figli nelle mani dei genitori”, ovvero che la famiglia sarà sempre presente sul campo con i loro figli,  li aiuterà a nella crescita e offrigli un grande ingresso nel bellissimo mondo del calcio.

 

L’obiettivo del programma è offrire ai giovani calciatori e alle loro famiglie un’introduzione al calcio 

 

Alla giovane età i giocatori dovrebbero essere introdotti nel mondo del calcio attraverso i valori, la semplicità e il divertimento che caratterizza questo sport anche con poco impegno, senza richiedere troppa pratica

 

E’ importante sapere che ci sono però sostanziali differenze tra i giocatori sotto i 5 e i 6 anni sia a livello sociale che emotivo e psicologico.

 

Il successo di questo programma è dettato dal tentativo, dal saper provare, non dal risultato in se, sia per i genitori che per gli istruttori (da un buon e vero sforzo nell’imparare i risultati potranno solo che arrivare e migliorare).

 

Questa mentalità però non è sempre facile da avere, in quanto a volte ci si focalizza troppo sul risultato finale, ma il programma si basa proprio sul percorso e la tecnica per raggiungere un obiettivo, più che la velocità.

 

FILOSOFIA:  

La filosofia del programma è innanzitutto sviluppare i bambini come essere umani e renderli pronti ad affrontare la vita.

Il programma inizia con lo sviluppo della persona, che include: ascolto, equilibrio, coordinazione, pensiero, collaborazione, controllo del proprio corpo e muscoli, sviluppo delle capacità sociali, partecipazione, gestione dello spazio e del tempo, confidenza, formazione del carattere ecc.

Infine saranno pronti per lo sviluppo personale con il mondo che li circonda dalla famiglia, alla squadra sportiva, alla scuola, alla comunità e alla loro VITA.
